At Amplify, we are curious about doing things differently! Training was one area that we wanted to reimagine.
Training within our sector has traditionally required employees taking the day to attend courses in a classroom. Sometimes they must wait weeks or months for their training courses to appear on a calendar. Sometimes the course to cancelled as cover is no longer available or the course isnβt full. Very often training is limited to a set number of days a year because of budgets.
This traditional approach is not for us. Learning is so important for development, engagement, attraction, retention and progression. We believe learning should be interactive, agile, and never restricted.
