International Women's Day wasn't just about handing out cute notebooks (although those were awesome too!). We used it as a springboard to celebrate the incredible women who make our company what it is, and to commit to making Amplify an even better place for women to thrive.

Let's be honest, women bring a unique perspective to the table. We see things differently, and that's a strength. Being part of a team that's nearly 90% female is truly inspiring. We get to empower each other, create a supportive space to grow, and all while leading the way in a progressive and positive industry.

This year's theme is inclusivity, and we pride ourselves on being an inclusive environment. But for us, it's about more than a hashtag. We're committed to taking actionable steps to make Amplify even better for women at all stages of their lives.

What Does Action Look Like?

We're asking ourselves some tough questions. How can we better support new and working mothers? Can we create more flexibility in an industry traditionally office-based? What kind of support can we offer women as they navigate life stages, including menopause? These are the areas where we can make a real difference for the amazing women who make Amplify great.

So, this International Women's Day, we celebrate the women of Amplify. But more importantly, we commit to building a future where every woman at Amplify feels empowered, supported, and ready to take on the world!
